Project | 01 Multiple Sclerosis
My capstone and Independent study was on Multiple Sclerosis.​

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is immune-mediated, inflammatory in nature and commonly known as an autoimmune disorder that affects the central and peripheral nervous system. MS is more common in females than males commonly affecting the young adults ranging from 20 to 50 years, with peak age of 30 years.

Project | 04 Art Therapy in Inmates
The main objective of my study is to evaluate the gender specific differences in responsiveness towards the effects of art-therapy in male and female inmates on depression and self-esteem in rural Missouri prisons. The study is randomized control pre-test, post-test mixed design.

Project | 05 Action Research 
It is essential to provide the brain with the right fuel to meet the demands of high energy job.  Teaching is a cognitively complex profession, during the day teachers have to make numerous decisions and respond quickly to unexpected situations in their classroom. The wellbeing of a teacher is mandatory for the effectiveness of teaching and learning of students. Teachers take a longer time to unwind. Lack of self-care is the main factor in teacher burn out. Teachers need to identify activities that support their wellbeing as a professional and help them sustain positive self-care in the long run.
